By signing up for this service, you are taking the first step in protecting your property. By registering, you are now able to track your property and you will receive e-mail alerts immediately if a document with your name or property description is recorded in the Middlesex County Clerk's Office.
Unfortunately, property and mortgage fraud is a fast growing crime in the United States. Unscrupulous individuals record fraudulent documents like fake deeds or liens against property owners.
Registration is FREE and simple. Follow steps at the Middlesex County Clerk's website for any type of land owned in Middlesex County, whether occupied or vacant. Share this information with friends or relatives who reside in Middlesex County so they can protect themselves from fraud too!
If you find you are a victim of fraud, you can call the Middlesex County Clerk's Office at 732-745-3364 or 732-745-3365. Someone will provide you with public resources available to assist you. You can also call the Middlesex County Office of Consumer Affairs to lodge a complaint at 732-398-2300.
Congratulations on protecting your property, one of your most important assets.
We are happy to serve you!
Sincerely,
